Bumps And Dumps Vol. 2

Dumps to Glenn Beck, comedian and "American" political pundit. Enough said. God, please fire him.

Dumps to MTV (forever and always at this point) for continuing to promote flat out insults to the public. You'd think they-kind-ah-BE conscious of any significant life-altering, world-changing events after Obama being elected. SIKE! Just yesterday I saw another amazing episode of Teen Cribs that made me want to pursue every penny I threw away as a 4 year old.

My final and most seething dump goes to the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department. We no longer live in the dark ages my friends. The recent fall of stocks (not cash, stocks) has made people anxious about who and what their tax money is funding. So doing coke to stay up while playing cards and having sex with random women at seedy hours of the morning to suffice waiting for some real, post-9/11 action won't cut it. Fuck all y'all, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Bumps to Vitamin B. My mother use to coax me into swallowing these "tablets of Flintstones (in Spanish of course)" so I can shut up and calm down after worrying SOOOOOOOOOO much at the age of 12. I suffer of stress and anxiety too much; in with a changing world that I seem not to remember genuine feelings that which matter in life. Drugs aren't the way. A healthy diet is key and any healthy diet now in days is comprised of a million grams of Vitamin B, B12, and B-to-the-3rd-power. Thank you.

Bumps to Reno 911. A constant source of inspiration when I/we feel as though that authority has gone too far when they lack the experience and education that the common citizens they serve already have. You know what???, they actually do sometimes. Here's to "the State." "Just run up and down [the bus] like a little black sambo."

My ultimate bump goes to Daniel Owino Misiani's "Benga Blast." Niggas of all races and colors know when they've reached their apex. When this record plays out of my iPod, I'm reminded that the apex is in the promise land.

don't read this: its already for profit...

Since the advent and intensification of the internet, television and radio has gone absolutely mental bro. The distribution of information we now seem to "enjoy" as informed modern citizens of the world has not only made us better at keeping up with current events (including the ones of long-lost friends, as well as of humans that you rather not associate with after high school from the 1980's to early 2000 America), but also fuckin'-insane.

I mean, what the fuck. How did Glenn Beck manage to seep his incestously-Right-minded-NRA-totin' RANTS into some white dude from Pittsburgh [of "the United States of America" -thanks Barry, now these white people think we're out to kill them] and drive him to kill some honest-working pigs (pigs=Police, remember?) while serving an honest-to-God domestic violence call. Sorry if I sound too harsh in this clause of ideas; I've just so happen to have had a relationship with the SYSTEM itself.

But let me digress friends. I have on ol' high school friend who's dodged Iraqi bullets in the war himself. When I ask him about what he thinks about the war he says, "it's bullshit."
I've realized something though. Thanks to the leftist-sexualist-commie-free world thinking-"faux punk"-anal about new music-media (I don't know how to diss in a scholarly manner so fuck you Vice. You've already been bought by cool punks, the skateboarding industry, hip music labels along with a myriad of other pseudo-cool corporations. How Bush of you), Americans aren't alone with the media's hijacking routines. Just watch Heavy Metal Baghdad (The Sunnis and the Shiites do get along, so fuck the Arab media world too). And then watch this hilarious yet pathetic video by my good friends at Future Schlock-via-EverythingIsTerrible.com.

In all seriousness guys, don't listen to anybody who has enough money to broadcast themselves to millions in public. They've already been bought (You and I are being traded in stocks right now).

Bumps and Dumps Vol. 1

Dumps to Sean "P-Shitty-Diddy" Combs: Hey Diddy remember that Honduran sweatshop incident.  I see you homeboy!!!  Putting the dumps on those rumps.  LADIES!!!!

My second dump goes to Rihanna for ignoring the amazing amount of domestic violence that occurs daily to your exact demographic in one swooping media scandal.  Oprah was right (oh shit, did I just say that).  You sure that's a tattoo or Chris' bite marks.

My last dump goes to Michael Steele.  Make sure Karl Rove doesn't stick his hand up your ass too much or you just might throw up your actual self. Woof! Woof! Good boy....

Bumps to Bill Cosby.  You were and still are the televised-surrogate father to many like me.  So what you got some bush on the side.  You're a Philly street-kid and your educated.  Tell dem niggers wat they do.

To Maria Sabina: God awaited you with golden 'shrooms with all your lost children.  Put in a good word for me Ma'.

Finally, blessings to Little Haiti.  You guys immigrated here like any Cuban did in the late 20th century and made it here on your own without the help of any political action committees on South Beach (literally, Cubans had lawyers on the beaches while their kin were arriving).  Your streets smell like dead cats but your spirit smells of griot.  Sa pase ma bule!!!  (I don't know if I spelled that right, anyone correct me if I'm wrong)

Thanks y'all.

1. About the Blogger

1.
About myself:

I am an American citizen. I am not white/anglo-saxon.

Obama is the greatest, but not of all-time.

I don't believe in anarchy as much as I believe in activism.

My diet is not for vegans/vegetarians, but Natives should tell you otherwise about the circle of life.

I believe in Miami, not its politicians (please be informed and make sure you don't vote for assholes that ruin your own quality of life).

17th Avenue embodies many of the unseen sub-cultures in my city. I just don't think many are ready to travel through it (it's not what you see, it's what's already there and what continue to live there you imbeciles).

I don't like or practice hard drugs (cocaine, heroin, meth, etc.) but I also don't advocate for drugs that may enlighten (Marijuana, LSD, Mushrooms, etc.); moderation and self-control is not only self-discipline, but essential to achieving goals in life.

Alcohol....ehh....it shaves the hair off of uncomfortable, social situations but don't drink it when it jeopardises your life and goals within it.

African-Americans and countries with African influence still have an uphill struggle. It didn't end on November 2008 friends.

Hispanics of Miami- quit being assholes and recognize your African brethren. They put more work in then you did (fuck your straight-flowin' hair)

Junot Diaz is a messianic figure of American literature, at least to me he is (All those who oppose, I dare you to challenge me. I dare you...)

Finally, Punk and Hip-Hop are not just musical genres, but are states of mind that can be practiced in all aspects of life. Whether it be raising a child or enforcing laws on living things. Proletarians live forever.
